Track Intervals - Thursday 17th December 2009
Did track intervals today, 6 rounds (last time 5 ) of 900 metres each interspersed with 400 metres of easy run. Started with 1.5 kms of easy run, followed by some stretching, overall pace was okay, unable to go flat out completely because of the dirt track. Concluded with 400 metres of easy jog and then followed with some stretching.
