Just finished reading this book by Dr. Wayne Dyer, a psychologist and an author of several motivational books. He dwells on bringing out the best in children and has given several useful tips for parents. What actually happens during parenting is completely different from what the book says, but i feel even a 30% application of the tools suggested in the book would be sufficient to bring out the best in children.
